Looking for a Fiscal Sponsor?

Foster & Banks Walk in Faith Foundation along with many other leaders from local nonprofits have identified a major challenge in the community: start up projects and community-benefit programs are in need of a place to cultivate their ideas without having to become independent nonprofit organizations and grass-root organizational efforts need support along the long road to becoming a 501(c)(3). We have responded to the challenge by creating our Fiscal Sponsorship program. Foster & Banks Walk in Faith Foundation is an independently incorporated, nonprofit organization, that provides fiscal sponsorship to community efforts, including emerging project ideas that need incubation, philanthropic collaborations among foundations, community efforts responding to crises, and projects of limited duration.

Dear Parents, Students & Community Members:

Needy families and individuals in our community go without proper resources, support, guidance, and access to programs & services every day due to a variety of factors including low wages, job loss, injuries, illness, age, domestic violence, or divorce. While all of us are susceptible to hard times, children and youth are at the most risk, and they make up the largest number of clients we serve.

Would you like to help us make a difference?

We need people like you to donate time, energy, and experience in a variety of areas, including food & donation pickup and delivery, administration, program & workshop support, individual tutoring & mentoring, fundraising assistance and more. Together, we will be able to help many of these youth, families and individuals not only to meet essential daily needs, but to work toward a brighter future with programs in job training, education, counseling, and resource assistance.

Our volunteers say they feel rewarded many times over for the help they provide in making a difference in the lives of others.

Please call us today at 310-885-1409 to find out more about how you can help!

Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you!
